A Modern Riyadh Residence By LUXXU

Experience Arabian Luxury Through Bold Design, Refined Craftsmanship, And Contemporary Elegance

Nestled in the heart of Riyadh, this residence is a modern homage to the Kingdom’s rich architectural heritage. Drawing inspiration from Najdi architecture, the home rises with sculpted façades, intricate geometric motifs, and grand proportions that echo the timeless beauty of Saudi design. At the same time, sleek glass expanses, lush landscaping, and luxurious details infuse the property with a contemporary spirit, creating a dialogue between the past and present. This sanctuary, furnished by LUXXU, becomes a place where heritage, modern luxury, and the warmth of Arabian hospitality meet under one roof.

Welcome to a World of Luxury

Step into a realm of refined elegance as this Arabian residence provides you with one-of-a-kind items and palatial features throughout. The striking Shard chandelier cascades from above; its sculptural form undoubtedly draws the eye upward. The plush Talie upholstery and the statement Littus table ground the entry, inviting guests to pause and absorb contemporary design and timeless Arabian luxury.

Infusing Natural Elegance Throughout

The ground-floor living room exudes zen-infused luxury that blends organic serenity with modern elegance. The natural charm is surrounded by the Charla upholstery, known for its boundless elegance. The ceiling is crowned by the dramatic Liberty Slim suspension, which casts a delicate shimmer, contrasting beautifully with the room’s earthy textures. The Algerone center table and the Myllo side table offer functional artistry with their marble structures.

An All-Encompassing Dining Suite

The dining suite unfolds across a collection of exquisite spaces. In the lounge area, the Algerone angular sofa is paired with outstanding designs, such as the Galea armchairs and Verona rug by LUXXU, as well as the Sequoia tables by BRABBU. Then, the Pixel cabinet by Boca do Lobo introduces a cutting-edge flair. The corner showcases a breathtaking natural installation of lush foliage and cascading water, reminiscent of a tropical waterfall. It features distinctive pieces such as the Waterfall floor lamp and the Waterfall torch wall lamps, the green-toned Tenor ottoman, and PullCast’s golden Flow door pull.

The dining area exudes unparalleled elegance, anchored by the striking Apotheosis dining table. It is surrounded by the sculptural Charla Gold chairs that glisten with sophistication. Above, the grand Waterfall Rectangular suspension hangs in linear perfection, almost responding to the table’s length and creating a mesmerizing focal point.

A Proper Arabian Living Space

The upstairs living room follows a more symmetrical approach, showcasing effortless luxury. The space is dominated by soft beiges and warm browns, punctuated by rich gold accents that reflect traditional Middle Eastern opulence. The Otto upholstery stands out through its mid-century shapes enveloped in leather and velvet. Two Scala chandeliers scream boldness and add such a regal tone to the entire room. Boca do Lobo’s Ophelia coffee tables reinforce a sense of modernity with their marble and brass structure.

Royal Bedroom Suite

The decor of this bedroom suite showcases an abundance of textures and luxurious materials, including dark red marble. The Charla bed commands the space with its subtly quilted design, layered with muted pink and beige bedding. Other noteworthy designs include the Charla II nightstands, the Charla dressing table, the Talie swivel chair, and the Waterfall torch wall lamps. The Waterfall round suspension serves as the statement lighting piece of the bedroom. Moreover, the Waltz closet lends the walk-in space an impressive, stately presence, as if it had been lifted straight from a contemporary gallery.

Luxury Leisure Without Limits

The entertainment room is designed to embody opulence, contemporary sophistication, and cultural heritage, perfectly suited to Riyadh’s affluent lifestyle. The Thomson modular sofa by LUXXU establishes its presence in the lounge area, complemented by the Imperfectio sofa and the Navarra coffee table. Moreover, the Algerone snooker table creates a dynamic and lavish pool nook, and the Nura bar chairs add another layer of glamour.

In the poker station, the Algerone poker table and the Nura chairs generate a symphony of modern luxury through a combination of wooden, leather, and brass details. The Hera and Soleil lighting pieces by Boca do Lobo strengthen the concept of singularity with their avant-garde appearance.

Courtyard with Desert Serenity

This serene courtyard brings desert charm to a whole new dimension, framed by sandstone walls and palm trees. The lounge area highlights the Hampton outdoor family, known for its organic and cozy features. Dramatic accents like the Mayer center and side table were added to carry the timeless vibe. Then, the Magna floor lamps perfectly match the natural surroundings. All these elements together make this space feel like an oasis retreat, paying homage to traditional elements while keeping it contemporary.

A Resort-Like Outdoor Experience

This stunning outdoor space mixes traditional Arabian features with contemporary resort-style living. Tall stone columns support soft, flowing white drapes that lead you to a shaded lounging area. Here, you can encounter iconic classics from LUXXU, including the Hampton armchair, the Mayer center table, and the Magna floor lamps. The crystal-clear pool reflects the serene desert sky, surrounded by the Hampton sun loungers. Palm trees and lush greenery complete the tranquil oasis, making it a perfect escape!

XAVIER DANIELS

BIO

Paintings are influenced by his experiences with brotherhood at both Morehouse and as a firefighter. In creating his art, he is actively thinking about the perception of black men and attempting to be a catalyst for a different view on the black male experience. According to Daniels, the conversations happening in popular culture about black males leave them invisible in discussions about themselves. The portraits of black men Daniels creates are large in an effort to symbolically assert black male presence into those conversations. His work has been shown around the world through Almine Rech and Richard Beavers Gallery. Xavier lives and works in Atlanta, Georgia.
